At Shinza Coffee Roasters, we take pride in delivering freshly roasted coffee to your door as efficiently as possible.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and selected shipping method. We do not add handling fees—what you see is what the carrier charges.

Order Processing

All orders are roasted to order and typically processed within 1–3 business days. Please allow 3-5 days for processing. If you do not see your order processed within 5 busniess days, please contact us at shinzacoffee@gmail.com.

  • Orders placed after business hours or on weekends will begin processing the next business day
  • During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended

Shipping Timeframes

Once your order ships, delivery times will vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.

  • Standard Shipping: Typically 2–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: Faster options available at checkout

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays outside of our control.

Freshness Commitment

We roast our coffee in small batches to ensure peak freshness. Because of this, your order may ship shortly after roasting rather than immediately upon purchase.

Local Delivery (if applicable)

For customers in the New Smyrna Beach area, local delivery options may be available at checkout. Availability and timing will be shown based on your address.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery.

Shipping Issues

If your order arrives damaged, delayed, or missing, please contact us at shinzacoffee@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery so we can help resolve the issue.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
