Shinza Coffee Roasters was founded by Ed & Katrina in 2018. We ethically source our green coffee and make it easy for you to order your coffee beans online, freshly roasted for you.

We have carefully selected the coffee farms we source our green coffee beans from. Directly sourcing our coffees from the coffee farms we've selected truly ensures quality, farming practices, and the ethical treatment of the farmers who work so hard to get the green coffee ready for us to roast.

Our mission is fairly simple

• Take excellent care in sourcing our green coffee, ensuring all of the coffees we roast for you are ethically sourced.
• Roasting our coffees with the time and care they deserve. Basically, we won't be lazy about getting you the perfect cup.
• Be a friend to the environment with the use of biodegradable and reusable products where we can.
• Roast some damn good coffee!
