How do we source the specialty coffee we roast here in New Smyrna Beach? Although the labels of fair-trade and certified organic often seem like the obvious answer when sourcing green, unroasted coffee beans, there is often more to sourcing. We focus on sourcing our beans from carefully selected coffee farms around the world, with existing relationships in Colombia, Nicaragua, Guatemala, Honduras, and Kenya. Our direct-trade relationships ensure quality coffee along with ethical treatment of the farmers.
Great coffee! The beans are roasted to make a perfect cup of coffee or espresso. I can't find anyone else whose beans have such a smooth flavor profile.

Are your Coffees Single Origin?
Yes, even our "blends" are Single Origin and are a Melange Blend, meaning different roast levels of the same coffee. We utilize the Melange Blends to get more complex flavor profiles for certain coffees.
We're not opposed to blending different origins and if we do, it will be clearly labeled as such.
Are your Signature Coffees all Melange Blends?
Nope, many of our Signature Coffees are a single roast level of a Single Origin.
Do origins only have one flavor profile?
This is a common misconception, even many roasters fall into. In fact, every region & origin can have a wide variety of flavor profiles. Of course soil and climate play a huge role in the in-cup flavor, but there's a wonderful world of flavors out there within each origin.
Don't be afraid to try new coffees from different regions.
How long does it take to get my coffee?
We roast to order and don't keep a lot of roasted inventory. This ensures the freshest coffee in your cup. Typical processing time from order to shipped (or delivered locally) is 2-4 days.
Do you offer any assistance on selecting the right home brewing equipment?
We love to help you find the right home coffee brewer or espresso machine.
If you have a new espresso machine or other equipment and are having difficulty getting it dialed in. Contact us and we can help.
Is your decaf coffee chemical free?
We avoid chemically processed decaf and only roast non-chemically processed decaf. Currently we're only roasting water-processed decaf coffees, but are exploring sugar-cane processed coffees for the future.
