How do we source the specialty coffee we roast here in New Smyrna Beach?

Although the labels of fair-trade and certified organic often seem like the obvious answer when sourcing green, unroasted coffee beans, there is often more to sourcing.

We focus on sourcing our beans from a few carefully selected coffee farms in Guatemala, Nicaragua, and Indonesia.

Our direct trade relationship with these farms ensures quality of the coffee beans, along with ethical treatment of the farmers themselves.
